Elizabeth is the Director of Research and Development at PRO-ED. She is a developmental psychologist with substantial experience in all aspects of educational and psychological test development, publishing, and software design. She has co-authored a number of assessments during her time at PRO-ED and has recently been working on guidance for conducting language assessments remotely.

Though well established in the US, TOSWRF-2 and TOSCRF-2 have not been promoted in the UK market, and the TOC-2 was published in 2023.
