This email helpline is designed for anyone involved in the access arrangements process who has questions about any area of it and would like to ask the advice of a specialist.
Purchasing the email helpline below will give you 30 minutes of our advisor’s help via email, spread as you wish over the year. Our advisor will keep track of the time taken to answer queries and will advise you when this time has been used up. For those needing more than 30 minutes of queries answered in a year, we would recommend our 1:1 Mentoring.
The course tutors are Lia Castiglione and Caroline Read.
Lia Castiglione is Head of Training at Communicate-ed. She has been teaching and supporting learners of all ages for over 25 years and in varying educational settings. She is a specialist teacher who is highly experienced in all aspects of access arrangements, has held a current Assessment Practising Certificate since 2008 and regularly assesses in schools and colleges. When you book the email helpline, you will be provided with an email address through which you can contact our access arrangements specialist with your queries. Our advisor will keep track of the time taken to answer questions and will advise you when this time has been used up.
